All tags are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through our website. You must provide accurate contact information.
Payment is accepted via the methods emailed to you. Orders are subject to payment authorization.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to your address. Estimated delivery times are based on USPS postage times (typically 3-5 business days).
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when the carrier takes possession. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for shipping-related import duties or taxes.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can assist with claims.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 week, subject to item condition and original packaging.
Customized or programmed NFC tags may be non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty and Liability
We warrant that products will be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship, if any.
Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of pet, loss of data, or emotional distress.

7. NFC Tag Use and Limitations
NFC tags are passive devices and may be affected by phone compatibility, device settings, environmental factors, or interference from other materials.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every smartphone model. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
You are responsible for programming and maintaining any data stored on the tag. We are not responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data on the tag.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (text, images, logos, designs) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
